RoSPA: Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents

RoSPA's mission is to save lives and reduce injuries.

In order to give a clearer picture of some of the key understandings which inform RoSPA's approach to safety, they have developed a guide 'Safety: a short RoSPA guide to core concepts'. This is intended as an aide memoire for trustees and staff and for opinion formers, educators and political representatives.

RoSPA works towards its aims with central and local government, the caring services, the police and with public and private sector organisations large and small. Some of its work is funded by grant and sponsorship but mostly relies on the support of its growing Membership.
